Meet Crystal, Diamond and Pearl - the ladies behind the all the eggs in C E Cake Design. They are my three Cheshire Blue hens, living the high life in my back garden with lots of space to roam around in and all the lettuce they could want! I have always used the highest quality ingredients in my cakes, using Fair Trade and Free Range products wherever possible. Having my own hens allows me to ensure that my eggs only come from hens that are healthy, happy and very well cared for. The quality and taste of their blue-shelled eggs (yes, blue eggs!) is second to none and and I'm confident you will taste the difference in my cakes, meringues and buttercreams. During busy periods when my girls can't quite keep up with the egg demands, I source my eggs directly from local free range farms.

Anyone collecting a cake is welcome to pop out and see them - they love a new visitor, especially if you're bringing some corn or salad treats!
